A Family Session on Lake George's East Shore

There's something magical about the east side of Lake George. The way the Adirondack peaks frame the water, creating layers of blue and green against the sky—it's the kind of backdrop that makes every photo feel special.


That's exactly what we had for a recent family session. We met at a quiet spot along the eastern shore, where the lake stretches out and the mountains create a stunning natural canvas. The kids immediately wanted to explore the shoreline, and honestly? That's when the best moments happen.


While they skipped stones and searched for treasures along the water's edge, we captured the real stuff—the belly laughs, the piggyback rides, the way their youngest kept sneaking glances back at mom to make sure she was watching. No stiff poses, no forced smiles. Just a family being themselves against one of the most beautiful backdrops nature has to offer.
